The American Sportfishing Association (ASA) – www.ASAfishing.org – is the parent organization for KeepAmericaFishing™. Since its founding in 1933 ASA has represented the interests of the entire sportfishing community to help ensure that we have clean water, abundant fish and plenty of places to go fishing.
ASA launched KeepAmericaFishing as a way for anglers to get involved in advocating for their sport. The website – www.KeepAmericaFishing.org – is the vehicle through which anglers can engage in advocacy, sign up to receive news and alerts and show their support by contributing to the campaign.
To ensure the future of our sport, we need to be represented at every table where decisions are made about the future of recreational fishing. And that takes time, people and funding. ASA's members and staff are passionate about maintaining healthy fisheries and your right to sustainably fish on our nation's public waterways.
Sign up for News and Alerts on www.KeepAmericaFishing.org to stay informed on the latest threats to recreational fishing and how you can help. You can also sign our Angler's Bill of Rights and the Ethical Angler Pledge to ensure that we are all making a commitment to keep our waters open, clean and abundant with fish.
