2017 Sportfishing Summit Agenda

2017 Sportfishing Summit Agenda

The agenda is current as of October 6, 2017. The agenda is subject to change.

For several years, we’ve talked about increasing participation in our sport and explaining the “lay of the land.” We’ve had speakers talk to the generational differences and how to market to them; how to market in an increasingly complicated marketplace; and provided examples of programs that are engaging people, especially young people, in recreational fishing.

This year, we’ve developed an agenda that will help “connect the dots” between the different, but very much related, efforts that are all working for one outcome – more people making recreational fishing one of their “go to” activities for them and their families.

If you have questions, please contact Communications Director Mary Jane Williamson, (703) 519-9691, x227.
