Exhibiting at ICAST 2019
Now is the time to reserve your booth space for ICAST 2019, being held July 9-12, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. Contracts and booth assignments will not be processed until a deposit is received.
Once your booth contract has been approved, you can submit your payment and download your invoice(s) through MapYourShow. MapYourShow will send you a User Name and Password upon booth contract approval.
Please note that although the floor plan is updated on a regular basis, what you see may not be the most current version. It’s important that you note multiple options on your booth application form to take this into account.
If you have questions or concerns about accessing your MapYourShow dashboard, please contact Trade Show Coordinator Larkin Porter, x240.
