#ResponsibleRecreation

A New Crowdsourcing Hashtag

Several outdoor organizations have come together to crowdsource #ResponsibleRecreation as a way to inform the public on the need to act responsibly when recreating outdoors in the era of COVID-19.

The goal is to keep the public from breaking social distancing regulations, thus stopping further access closures on our public lands and waters, which has been the reaction of some state and many local governments.

Please help us promote #ResponsibleRecreation in your social media, on your website and other communications outlets by using the assets below.

Even include it in your email signature!

  • Please practice #ResponsibleRecreation
  • It’s a good day to practice #ResponsibleRecreation

If you have questions, please contact ASA Communications Director MJ Williamson.
